Resolution order
The runtime renderer resolves a launch target using the registered system/built-in app layer first, then installed Web Bro packages, then compatibility fallback behavior where it still exists.

Browser packages
Installed browser applications run from the locally installed, hash-verified runtime package rather than exposing source-only files by default.

Docker-backed packages
docker-web applications request a short-lived server session. The server reconstructs only runtime files, verifies hashes again, stages a read-only package and launches the restricted Docker host.
