AbriaBrain exposes analyze/analyze_with_patterns and reason_integrated. The integrated report combines the reasoning plan with retrieved memory support/conflict and explicit cross-checks.

reason_code accepts compact project/code context and adds code-task checks such as dependency/call-flow/public-contract impact and targeted regression requirements.

score_artifact_candidate evaluates candidate source for structural depth, domain specificity, interaction depth, maintainability and explicit constraint coverage without executing it.

BrainReasoningReport is deliberately a compact planning/diagnostic structure. It is not a hidden chain-of-thought transcript.
