Public URL & Sharing
When a Bottle is running, it is accessible to anyone on the internet at:
https://school-git.packarcade.win/b/your-bottle-name This URL is public — anyone with the link can view your site. There is no authentication required to access it. Share it with classmates, teachers, or include it in your project submission.
From your Dashboard, when a Bottle is running, you'll see the public URL displayed below the Bottle name with two buttons:
The URL always follows this pattern:
https://school-git.packarcade.win/b/ <bottle-name> For example, if your Bottle is named my-awesome-project , the URL is:
https://school-git.packarcade.win/b/my-awesome-project When the URL Works The URL only works when the Bottle is in the running state If the Bottle is stopped, visitors will see a "Bottle not running" message If the Bottle is starting, visitors may see a "Bad Gateway" error until it's ready Privacy Note Your Bottle's URL is public and can be accessed by anyone who knows it. There is no access control, password protection, or visibility toggle. Do not upload sensitive or private information to a running Bottle.
