Join community discussions, create topics, reply to other users, and collaborate on the School-GIT platform.
Discussions are public conversation threads where users can post topics and reply to each other. Think of it as a community forum built directly into School-GIT.
Each discussion has a title and content , and other users can add replies. The reply count is tracked and displayed on each discussion card.
The discussion list shows all discussions sorted by newest first . Each card displays:
You must be logged in to create discussions or reply. If you're not signed in, you'll see a prompt to log in via GitHub.
Reading discussions does not require authentication — anyone can browse.
Discussions and replies are stored as plain JSON files on the server. Each discussion and reply has a unique ID generated from a timestamp, ensuring no collisions.
