Official current platform state

The current project platform is RC

This is the current project/runtime model. The dashboard, storage manager and current docs use RC/RS terminology and no longer present retired hosting surfaces as the active architecture.

RC owns project workspaces, services, executions, stable subdomains, versions, live updates and project lifecycle.

RS owns aggressive response caching, stale retention, project sleep/wake and per-visitor continuity without depending on project cookies.

The database manager attaches only to existing RC projects and exposes strict URL-DB tables backed by AETHER authority.

AETHER is the binary/reference fabric; URL-DB is the logical record layer. Verified full-store recovery snapshots protect the combined data plane.

SARCH preserves historical page/network/resource evidence under conservative automatic rate limits so archival work cannot starve live projects.
