Safety profiles
The API exposes per-subject safety profiles and age-verification submission/review routes. Administrative approval requires a separately configured secret.

Age assurance native layer
The uploaded C++ tree includes native age_assurance.cpp alongside Python age_assurance.py, keeping assurance logic available to both layers.

Privilege separation
Ordinary chat/account users cannot approve their own age verification. Review is a privileged server action, not a client-side toggle.
